Actions resulting from FFT feedback

Here are some of things we have changed about the surgery as a result of feedback received via the FFT survey.

• Enhanced Telephone Access
  The transition to the iCloud-based telephone system directly addresses concerns regarding accessibility and long wait times when calling the practice.
• Expanded Digital Access Options
  By introducing online consultations from 1st October, we are giving patients more choice in how they interact with us, making it easier to get the advice or help they need without always needing to call or visit the practice in person.
