As part of our ongoing commitment to improving patient access and experience, we have taken the following steps in response to feedback received through the National GP Patient Survey:
- Implementation of iCloud-based Telephony System
We have upgraded our telephony system to an iCloud-based platform to enhance call handling capabilities. This change allows for better call quality, reduced wait times, and improved call routing, ensuring that patients are able to contact the practice more efficiently. - Introduction of Online Consultations
Starting from 1st October, we will be offering online consultations through our website. This will provide patients with an alternative way to access care, reducing pressure on the phones and increasing flexibility for patients who may find it difficult to attend the practice in person.
